1. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetics, makeup, skincare, or beauty products once they have been opened or used.
We only accept returns if:
- The product arrived damaged,
- The product is defective,
- You received the wrong item.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened products
- Sale or discounted items
- Free gifts or samples
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received:
- A damaged product,
- A defective product,
- Or a wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will replace or refund it immediately.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
